# Create Designation

> Create a new designation for a company

Create a new designation within a company. This endpoint requires Super Admin or HR Manager role.

## Path Parameters

  The unique identifier of the company

  The name of the designation (2-255 characters)
</ParamField>

  A description of the designation
</ParamField>

  UUID of the associated level
</ParamField>

<ParamField body="department_id" type="string">
  UUID of the associated department
</ParamField>

<ParamField body="status" type="string" required>
  Status of the designation. Must be either `active` or `inactive`
